Delete an Event to remove an Event from your Events list. Deleted Events can be accessed in the Deleted list where it can be also be recovered from.
IN THIS ARTICLE:
⚠️Warning: Deleted Events are moved to the Deleted list for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
⚠️Warning: When an Event is deleted, all Shifts inside it are also deleted. If the Event is recovered, the Shifts are not restored and must be created again.
💡Tip: Archived Events can be deleted from the Archive list. In the Deleted list, they appear with the following icon to indicate the Event was archived first, then deleted.
Delete an Event
Click Events > Events.
Click the More Actions menu on the Event you wish to delete.
Click Delete. The following confirmation window appears:
Click Yes to confirm. The Event is moved to the Deleted list.
View Deleted Events
Click Events > Events.
Click the View Deleted icon.
Click the icon again to return back to the active Event list.
Recover a Deleted Event
Click Events > Events.
Click the View Deleted icon.
Click the More Actions menu of the Event you wish to recover.
Click Recover. The Event is restored to the active Events list.
