Archive and Restore an Event

Learn how to archive and restore Events at any stage of their lifecycle without losing your data.

Archiving an event hides it from your active Events List without permanently deleting its data. Events can be archived at any stage, including when they are upcoming, in progress, or already completed. If you need to reactivate an archived event, you can restore it to your list at any time to make it fully visible and editable for scheduling again.


Archive a Single Event

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the More Actions menu on the Event you wish to Archive.

  3. Click Archive. The following confirmation window appears:

  4. Click Yes to confirm.


Bulk Archive Events

If you wish to Archive multiple Events simultaneously, you can apply a Bulk Archive action.

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click to select specific Events to include them in the bulk action.

  3. Click the Actions button.

  4. Click Bulk Archive Events. The following confirmation window appears:

  5. Click Yes to confirm. The following window displays the progress of your action:

  6. Click the Close button to exit the window.


View Archived Events

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the View Archive icon.

  3. Click the icon again to return back to the unarchived Event list.


Restore a Single Event

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the View Archive icon.

  3. Click the More Actions menu on the Event you wish to Restore.

  4. Click Restore. The Event appears in the active Event list.


Bulk Restore Events

If you wish to Restore multiple Events simultaneously, you can apply a Bulk Restore action.

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the View Archive icon.

  3. Click to select specific Events to include them in the bulk action.

  4. Click the Actions button.

  5. Click Bulk Restore Events. The following confirmation window appears:

  6. Click Yes to confirm. The following window displays the progress of your action:

  7. Click the Close button to exit the window. The Events appear in the active Event list.
