Delete and Recover an Automation

Deleting an Automation halts its processes and moves it to a Deleted list, where it remains stored and available for future restoration.

When you delete an automation, it immediately stops running and moves from your active list to a dedicated Deleted view. This allows you to deactivate unnecessary workflows and clear your workspace while ensuring the data is never truly lost. Once in the Deleted list, the automation remains stored indefinitely, allowing you to restore it to its original state whenever it is needed again.
