Duplicating an existing certificate allows you to quickly build new rewards using a proven design as your template. By copying a certificate, a duplicate is immediately added to your list, giving you a pre-formatted layout that you can edit and customise without affecting the original.
Click Users > Rewards and recognition.
Click the Certificates tab.
Click the More Actions menu on the certificate you wish to update.
Click Copy. The duplicated certificate uses the original certificate name followed by (Copy).
