Copy an Automation

Duplicate an Automation or copy an Automation to another account.

The Copy function allows you to replicate your workflows in two different ways:

  • Duplicate Locally: Clicking the Copy button in the Automation list creates an identical version within your current account. The new entry will appear with (Copy) added to its name, making it easy to tweak settings without starting from scratch.

  • Copy to Account: Selecting Copy from the More Actions menu allows you to send a copy of the Automation to another account. This allows you to share established workflows across different account environments while keeping the original intact.


Duplicate an Automation

See the following instructions to duplicate an Automation:

  1. Click Workflows > Automations.

  2. Click the Copy button. The Automation window appears:

  3. Click the dropdown to select the Automation you wish to duplicate.

  4. Click the OK button. The Automation appears at the bottom of the Automation list:


Copy an Automation to an Account

See the following instructions to copy an Automation to an account:

  1. Click Workflows > Automations.

  2. Click the More Actions menu.

  3. Click Copy. The Copy window appears:

  4. Click the dropdown to select the account you wish to copy the Automation to.

  5. Click the Copy button.
