Send text messages directly to your users for urgent updates and immediate impact.
Note: This is a paid add-on, and messages are billed in 160-character segments.

Notifications 🔔📱
Craft notifications that appear directly in the volunteer portal, or as push notifications on the Rosterfy mobile app. It's perfect for timely updates.

Contact Center
The Rosterfy contact center gives the flexibility for Admin users to define who is the best contact to be reached for information on any custom category.

Summaries
The Summaries page enables administrators to configure scheduled automated emails that deliver comprehensive activity overviews for specified timeframes.
Examples of this includes, a comprehensive summary for the relevant manager, to receive at 9am each Monday, that includes a summary of all the shifts and scheduled users for the upcoming week.
Or a breakdown of the signups from the prior day or week, summaries are a useful automated tool to assist with the managing of your users within Rosterfy.

News
News within Rosterfy allows you to share news articles for marketing, sales, or even services that do not have to be associated specifically with an event.
They allow you to keep all users in your organisation engaged about your events.

Send Communications
The Send Communications tab allows admins to manually send Emails, SMS or Notifications (both in-platform and push notifications), to your users.
To manually send a communication in Rosterfy, you can follow the simple steps below. For the example, we will be using email.
Navigate to the Communications Tab > Send Communication, you will have the option to select the type of communication.
After you have completed crafting the content, proceed by clicking Next at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Recipients page where you can select the users you wish to send to.
Select Add Recipients, a side bar will open with the User Search. You can search for the User/s, or filter your Users with the filters available.
Drag and drop the User/s you wish to send the communication to, into the Recipients list, you can then preview the correspondence for those users.
Note: If you want to communicate with someone who does not have a Rosterfy account, you will need to check out, Emailing a user without a Rosterfy Account.
The Confirm page will outline the subject, and the number of recipients you intend to send this communication to, you can either send it immediately or schedule for later.
If you would like to schedule it for later, select the checkbox and input the date and time you would like it to be sent. When ready, click Confirm and Send.
A notification will appear to confirm the communication has been successful.
