Form previews offer a real-time display of the final form design prior to launch. Use preview mode to double-check display text, test user flow, and confirm content accuracy before publishing. Forms can be previewed via the More Actions menu or within the form itself.
To preview the form from the More Actions menu:
Click Forms > Lists.
Click the More Actions menu on the form you wish to update.
Click Preview.
To preview the form while it is open:
Click Forms > Lists.
Click the More Actions menu on the form you wish to update.
Click Update. The Form Builder appears:
Click the Actions button.
Click Preview Existing Form.
