Managing Partners

Within the Partner tab, there are a number of management actions that are available, including updating, archiving and deleting partners.

Overview

The Partners tab provides a centralised view for managing partners. Administrators can create, edit, archive or delete partners, subject to the permissions assigned to their administrator role.


Updating Partners

To update the details or additional information of a partner, follow these steps:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Users > Partners.

  2. Locate or search for the partner you want to update.

  3. Click More Actions > Update.

  4. Make the required changes, then press Update.


Archiving Partners

Archived Partners will hide the partner from this list, however the information will still be visible in all other system modules.

To archive a partner, follow these steps:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Users > Partners.

  2. Locate or search for the partner you want to archive.

  3. Click More Actions > Archive.

  4. A pop up will appear, select Yes. The partner will then be archived.


Viewing Archived Partners

To view partners that have been archived, follow these simple steps:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Users > Partners.

  2. Select the View Archive button.

  3. The list of archived partners will then be shown. To return to the list of active partners, click the View Archive button again.


Restoring an Archived Partner

To restore an archived partner, follow the instructions in Viewing Archived Partners, then click More Actions > Restore.


Deleting Partners

To delete a partner, follow the below steps:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Users > Partners.

  2. Search for or locate the partner you would like to deleted.

  3. Click More Actions > Delete.
