Overview
The Partner module can work together with groups within Rosterfy.
Groups can be affiliated with a single corporate partner, both admins and group leaders can manage this affiliation.
Partners can have multiple groups, and volunteers can belong to multiple groups.
Linking groups to partners will allow reporting to include Partner, Group and User level reporting.
Linking Groups to Partners (Admins)
Admins are able to create or update a group in the admin console, an admin can also select a partner to link the group to.
For instructions on how to create a group, check out the Creating a Group article.
Group Leaders
A Group Leader is a user assigned to oversee a specific group of users within Rosterfy.
They can:
View group member details (e.g., name, email, phone number).
Invite new members via customised registration links.
Link groups they lead to Partners (with appropriate permissions)
Assign group members to shifts (with appropriate permissions)
Note: Group Leader functionality must be enabled in your organisation settings.
Please follow the instructions below, however, if you do not have access to the required settings, please contact Rosterfy Support on [email protected] for further assistance.
A group leader can only be created by an admin user from within the group member list, on the admin console. Once a user has been made a group leader you can clearly identify them by the star.
For instructions on how to do this, check out the Group Leader - Overview article.
