Define who is the best contact for information on any specific program or activity, with the Contact Center within Rosterfy. Allowing for direct contact with the right person, every time.

Overview

The Rosterfy contact center gives the flexibility for Admin users to define who is the best contact to be reached for information on any custom category.

Using the below example, when a user has a query on Sunday Shifts, these queries will be sent directly to [email protected].


Building a Contact Center

To setup your contact center, follow these simple instructions:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Communications > Contact Center.

  2. Swap to the Setup tab, and click Create.

  3. Fill in the required fields:

    Category Name: This name will be displayed for the user to select in the volunteer portal.

    Show in Contact Us: Determine whether this Category should be shown in the volunteer portal within the Contact Us section.

    Recipient of Requests: Enter the email address for this categories communication.

  4. Once complete, click Save.


Contact Center in the Volunteer Portal

A user would access the Contact Center in the volunteer portal by navigating to Help in the left side panel.

After selecting the required Category, the user will be able to fill in their message, and click Submit.

The message entered will be emailed through to the email address that was setup against the category.
