Building a contact center

The Rosterfy contact center gives the flexibility for Admin users to define who is the best contact to be reached for information on any custom category.

Using the below example, when a user has a query on Sunday Shifts, these queries will be sent directly to [email protected].

You can setup your contact center by:

1. Click Communications > Contact Center > Setup tab.

2. Click Create.

5. Add Category Names

Note: This option will be displayed for the user to select on their portal

6. Define whether this should be add to User portal in Show Contact Us

The contact center will then only be visible if the user has the permission within their User checkpoint.
