Global Check-In allows a team leader to check in any user from the portal on a given day.
To use this feature, several settings need to be enabled:
Within the user profile > access tab
Within Organisation Settings > Events Tab
Allow team leader check-in any users is set to YES
Within Checkpoint > Permissions
Can use team leader mode when not checked-in is set to YES
**Only required if you want the leader to be able to check-in other users before without being checked-in themself.
Once all settings are enabled, the leader should see a Check In link on the sidebar in the portal.
The leader can then search for a user by entering their name or scaning a QR code.
Important Notes
- Only users on shifts within 24hrs of searching will be shown
