Introducing Pip the Rosterfy AI Agent

Introducing Pip, an intelligent in-product assistant designed to simplify how you manage your workflows for Events and Shifts.
Pip simplifies complex and repetitive tasks by creating new setups or modifying existing ones based on your instructions. Pip then drafts the setup, explains the intended adjustments and waits for your confirmation.
In this beta phase, Pip can assist with all Events and Shifts tasks including recurring schedules and Kiosk Mode setup. Pip cannot perform unrelated tasks or retrieve data outside of the Events and Shifts modules at this time.

Conditional Journey Criteria
As your volunteer programs expand, you may want to combine multiple workflows into a single Journey rather than building separate Journeys for every scenario. To support this, we are introducing a new Applies To tab directly within the Criteria settings.
Currently, all steps in a Journey are mandatory for everyone assigned to it. For example, if you have a Cashier role where only volunteers under 18 require parental consent, you previously had to create two separate roles and two individual Journeys.
With the new Applies To rules, you can make specific criteria conditional. If a rule doesn't apply to a particular volunteer (e.g., they are over 18), the system automatically skips that step for them, allowing you to manage diverse volunteer requirements seamlessly within a single, unified Journey.
Welsh Language Support Now Available
To help you better support your local communities and create a more inclusive onboarding experience, Welsh translation is now fully available across the platform. You can easily enable Welsh language options in your Organization Settings, allowing your volunteers to interact, register, and navigate their portal in their preferred language.
Updated Terms and Conditions
Accounts with the Rosterfy Community integration enabled will now display an instant login popup for Administrators on both the User Portal and Mobile App.
