Located in every Rosterfy module, use the search bar for a quick look-up or apply a filter for more specific results.
IN THIS ARTICLE:
Use the Search Bar
Click on the Rosterfy module you wish to search.
Click the search bar.
Enter your search query > press Enter or click the mangifying glass icon. Events matching your search appear in the module list below.
Apply a Filter
See the following instructions to filter your search:
Click onto the Rosterfy module you wish to search.
Click Advanced Filters.
The Advanced Filters window appears:
Click the Add Filter button.
Click the first drop-down menu to select a filter.
Click the second drop-down menu to select a condition for the filter.
Click the Value field to enter the specific answer to complete your filter.
Click the Apply button. The results appear in the module list.
Tipš”: After a filter is created, click the Add Filter button to add additional filters.
Tipš”: To remove the filter after a search and display the module list, click Clear Current Filters.
Copy a Filter
Tipš”: A filter must be entered to enable the Copy Current Filter button.
See the following instructions to copy a filter to share with other users:
Click the Copy Current Filter button to generate a shareable link. The Share Filter dialog appears:
Copy the link.
Click the OK button to close the window.
Save a Filter
Tipš”: A filter must be entered to enable the Save current filters button.
Click the Save current filters button. The Save to Filter List appears:
Enter a filter name.
Click the Save button. The saved filter appears in the Advanced Filters window:
Tipš”: To edit the name of a filter, hover over the Select button and click the Edit Filter button.
Delete a Saved Filter
Share a Saved Filter
Click the share icon to make a filter accessible to other users.
Copy a Saved Filter
Click the copy icon to generate a sharable link.
The Share Filter window appears:
Copy the link.
Click the OK button to close the window.
Favourite a Saved Filter
Click the star icon to favourite a filter.
