Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy Mobile App, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

We are updating the minimum supported versions of the Rosterfy Mobile App. This update ensures the app stays compatible with modern devices, and continues to meet our standards of performance, stability and security.

New minimum supported operating systems:

Android, 14.0.0 or higher
iOS, 17.0.0 or higher

Volunteers using outdated operating systems are required to update their device software or switch to a compatible device to maintain reliable access to the app.

Please note that while some users on unsupported systems may temporarily retain access to the current version, they will not receive future updates. Ongoing access on these systems cannot be assured and may stop at any time as new releases are deployed.

To enhance readability for your users within the Rosterfy Mobile App, dashboard content is now presented on a clean, off-white background.

Previously text could be hard to view if the colour was similar to the branding colours used. Below is an example of portal content, before and after this update.

The Log Out button has been relocated and will now be fixed at the bottom of the side menu (hamburger menu). The functionality of the button remains unchanged.

The Delete my Account / Remove from Sub-account button has been relocated to Account Settings, it will appear about the Save button. The functionality of the button remains unchanged.

To navigate to the Delete my Account / Remove from Subaccount button, simply click on the side menu ellipses (hamburger menu) > select View Account > Account Settings.

A number of minor enhancements / fixes have also been made to the platform and are outlined briefly below.

Building on the release in the last Mobile App release, Ability to Complete Forms in Portal Content, we have now updated this feature to include form links added to tables within the portal content.

Users of the mobile app can now conveniently fill out forms directly within the app, without needing to access the portal. This feature applies to both User Data Collection forms and Anonymous forms, enhancing the overall user experience.
