Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy Mobile App, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.
Ability to Complete Forms in Portal Content
Users of the mobile app can now conveniently fill out forms directly within the app, without needing to access the portal. This feature applies to both User Data Collection forms and Anonymous forms, enhancing the overall user experience.
Note: Forms sent to users via email, will have to be completed in an external browser.
Ability to Complete Multiple Page Forms
Users can now view and submit forms that contain multiple pages directly within the app.
With this update, users will now see Next/Back buttons to be able to easily navigate through the pages of the form, along with a progress bar and page numbers displayed.
If users are completing a form that has been submitted before, a message will be displayed indicating the date/time the form was previously submitted.
Note: This is only applicable to User Data Collection Form (with submission history) form type.
View Previous Form Submissions
Users can now select one of their previous submissions of the User Data Collection Forms (with submission history) to view their previously submitted answers, however they are unable to edit the previously submitted answers.

Clear Form Responses
If users have submitted their User data collection form with submission history & Anonymous form, when opening the form again, the previously submitted data will be cleared out for new submissions.
Note: This provides a clean, intuitive starting point for new submissions and eliminates confusion about whether you're editing an old submission or creating a new one
