Updated over a month ago

What's New πŸš€

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Updates to Group Bookings

We have introduced two new changes to the Group Booking functionality.

These settings can be set as default in the Organisation Settings and can be modified in each Event or Shift as required.

Maximum Demand a Group Leader can book on a shift

This setting allows admins to limit the number of spots a Group Leader can reserve within a group booking against an Event / Shift.

Period before Group Leader Bookings reserving demand expires

This settings allows admins to set a time period for how long the reserved spots will be saved for the group leader before they are released back for booking.

πŸ’‘How this helps: The addition of these two settings to the Group Leader functionality allows admins to maintain more control of the limitations against Group Leaders and ensure that spots are allocated as necessary.

Lite Admin Permission Updates

We have increased the permissions available to Lite Admins, these include:

  • Shift User Statuses

  • Notifiers

Shift User Status

Lite Admins can now be allocated permission to update shift user statuses, ensuring they can effectively manage Events and Shifts they are responsible for.

Notifiers

Lite Admins can now be given permission to Notifiers. They can set up and manage notifiers for a role or event.

πŸ’‘How this helps: The addition of these permissions for Lite Admins, enables Full Admins to empower their Lite Admins with more permissions but to still ensure the security of their organisations.
