Updated yesterday

Rosterfy has 6 standard status' for managing your workforce when they are assigned to a Shift:

  • Applied

  • Pending

  • Confirmed

  • Attended

  • Emergency

  • Rejected

However, sometimes you may need a different status for your program. For example, you might need to need more detail on a Rejected status to record more precisely why a User was Rejected as they did not attend a Shift.

Each status you create is a child of one of the Rosterfy standard status', and inherits the behavior of that status.

When creating a new status, there is an option to give the status a different portal name. This comes in handy if you would like to prevent your workforce from seeing the true status name.

Once you have a customised your status you can assign them to the Event or Shift settings.
