Certain forms feature public, shareable links that allow direct user access from any external page or communication. Learn which forms support direct sharing and where to retrieve their specific URLs.
IN THIS ARTICLE:
Supported Form Types and Link Locations
User Registration Form
Click Forms > List.
Click the More Actions menu on the User Registration Form desired.
Click View Link. The Copy Form Link window appears:
Click the page icon at the end of the URL to copy the link.
Click the OK button.
Role Offer Application Form
Click Headcount > Role Offers.
Click the More Actions menu on the role offer you wish to generate a link for.
Click Update. The Update Role offer screen appears:
Check the settings located in the General tab in the following order:
Allow Volunteers to Self-Apply option.
Visible to the Public option. After you check this setting, the link appears:
Click the Copy Link button.
Click the Save button.
Anonymous Form
Click Forms > List.
Click the More Actions menu on the Anonymous Form desired.
Click View Link. The Copy Form Link window appears:
Click the page icon at the end of the URL to copy the link.
Click the OK button.
User Data Collection Form (with and without Submission History)
Click Forms > List.
Click the More Actions menu on the User Data Collection Form desired.
Click View Link. The Copy Form Link window appears:
Click the page icon at the end of the URL to copy the link.
Click the OK button.
