Submit Your Feedback
Whenever you encounter a challenge or think of an improvement, you can share it directly through the Give Feedback module in your Admin Console. Your feedback is important to us and helps us understand and fix the issues you are experiencing. Please be specific and share as much detail as possible.
To submit feedback:
Click the Submit Feedback button. The Submit feedback window appears:
Enter the following information. Matching suggestions will appear on the right as text is entered. Use the search bar to find specific suggestions.
What problem are you trying to solve?
What's getting in the way?
What have you tried or expected?
Click to select the importance of your request: Must have or Nice to have.
Click the Submit button. The following window appears:
Click the Done button.
After You Submit Your Feedback
Every piece of feedback is read and reviewed by our product team at Rosterfy on a regular basis. While we read everything that comes through, it is important to note that not every piece of feedback will result in a direct feature build.
Click the My Feedback tab to view your submissions.
How We Turn Feedback Into Ideas
We analyse feedback to find trends and recurring patterns. By focusing on scalable solutions for shared pain points, final feature designs may evolve beyond specific requests while still effectively solving the core challenge.
Viewing and Interacting With Ideas
Once potential solutions to these common problems are mapped out, they are posted as concepts on the Rosterfy Listen portal. This is where your input directly shapes what we prioritise.

As you browse the portal, please keep in mind that the ideas listed on Rosterfy Listen are concepts being explored and validated, not commitments. An idea appearing on the portal doesn't mean it’s officially locked in or guaranteed to be built.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why haven't you built my feature?
A: Your request may still be under consideration or may have been included as evidence in another idea. Be sure to keep an eye on the portal to see if one of our ideas addresses your feedback.
Q: I have voted on an idea. When will you build it?
A: Keep an eye on the statuses of our ideas as they progress from In Discovery to In Development and finally Now Available.
Q: How can I see feedback I have submitted or ideas I have voted on?
A: Click ‘Give Feedback’ in Rosterfy. Then click the ‘My Feedback’ tab on the Rosterfy Listen Portal where you can see what you have submitted and which ideas you have voted for.
