Publishing and Unpublishing Events

Manage Event visibility by publishing an Event to make it live or unpublish it to hide it from view.

To manage Event visibility on the User Portal, you can modify its status between Published and Unpublished. Publishing an Event makes it live on the User Portal, and unpublishing an Event removes it from the User Portal.


Publish and Unpublish a Single Event

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click the More Actions menu on the Event you wish to change.

  3. Select the available status update:

    Publish: Select to make the Event visible on the User Portal.

    Unpublish: Select to hide the Event from the User Portal.

Tip💡: The action available in the More Actions menu is based on the Event's current status.


Bulk Publish and Unpublish Events

If you wish to Publish or Unpublish multiple Events simultaneously, you can apply a Bulk Publish or Bulk Unpublish action.

  1. Click Events > Events.

  2. Click to select specific Events with the same status to include them in a bulk action, or leave them unselected to apply the action to every Event in the Events List.

  3. Click the Actions button.

  4. Select one of the following options:

    Bulk Publish Events: Select to make the Events visible on the User Portal.

    Bulk Unpublish Events: Select to hide the Events from the User Portal.

    The Bulk Publish Events window appears.

  5. Click the drop-down menu to select one of the following options:

    Events listed: Apply the bulk action to all Events in the Events List.

    Event selected: Apply the bulk action to selected Events.

  6. Click the Publish button. The following window displays the progress of your action.

  7. Click the Close button to exit the window.
