Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.
User Profile Form Template
Introducing a new template design for the User Profile Page, this template will allow admins to select from the top required Custom Fields for the Profile page.
The fields will be automatically created and added to the form, eliminating the need for admins to create the fields and manually add them to the form. Let's see it in action.
In the Admin Console, navigate to Forms > List.
Click Create, from the top-right.
Select the form template, User Profile Page, then click Next.
A new window will pop up, User Profile Template Custom Fields, here you can select / de-select from the available custom fields.
Once you have all the Custom Fields you wish to add selected, click Continue to Form Builder.
The selected fields will be created, and then added to the form. You can now edit the form, and personalise it, as required.

Note: If an admin only selects some of the available fields, the next time a User Profile Page is created, the same pop-up will appear, however the fields that have already been created will not have the option to select them.
Once all fields have been selected and created, the pop-up will no longer be displayed and these fields can be added via the Available Fields section of the Form Builder.
