Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.


Reward Allocations based on Hours

We have split the reward allocation rule, Total Shift Hours, into two new rules:

  • Total Shift Hours Attended (By Scheduled Time)

  • Total Shift Hours Attended (By Check-in to Check-out Time)

This change allows reward items to be allocated to users by scheduled shifts or by check-in and check-out time which includes pending and approved user activity hours.

If you wish to allocate reward items based on hour milestones, rather than specific shift attendance, the new By Check-in to Check-out Time option, makes it possible now.

To set up a reward allocation based on either of these two options, follow the below steps:

  1. In the admin console, navigate to Users > Rewards & Recognition.

  2. Select the Allocations tab, click Create.

  3. Enter the required information in the fields, and select the appropriate option in the Rules tab.

  4. Add any relevant conditions, then click Save.

  5. The Items section will appear below, click Add.

  6. Enter the information and select, Submit.

Note: Total Shift Hours Attended (By Check-in to Check-out Time) considers the logged hours statuses Approved and Pending.
