Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Previously, admins were not able to configure automation actions to behave differently for the first shift versus all shifts in a linked series.

This limitation prevented the ability to distinguish between actions that should only happen for the first shift (such as welcome communications), and actions that should repeat for every shift (such as shift user status updates).

We have now introduced the ability for admins to choose if the automation runs for all shifts in a series or only the first.

When Apply this to every Shift in a series is selected, the automation will run for all shifts. However, if left unselected, the automation will only run for the first shift the user applies to.
