Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Admins can now preview the content of all email templates in their accounts, regardless if they are inherited or not. This ensures admins have full visibility of all emails they can send onto users.

To enable email template inheritance, navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > Communication tab.

Select the checkbox for Email Template Inheritance.

Each individual template will then have the additional option of Inheritable Template, selecting this checkbox will allow the template to be inherited to sub-accounts.

Enabling barcode functionality in the Vendor module, with a pop-up that separates items already distributed from those still available for distribution.

The Vendor module is traditionally used as a way of giving non-admins a login area where they can distribute items directly to users.

Barcode functionality is now available, there is a new setting available in Organization Settings, Enforce barcode-only mode for Bundles in Vendor view.

This option when selected will enforce Vendors to use barcodes when distributing bundles, however it will remove the option to add/remove items from the bundle.
