Shift Signup Email Summary
Signup summaries are now available to receive emailed updates on the recent signup to applicable shifts.

The Shift User Signup Summary addresses the critical need for administrators to stay informed about recent shift signups without manual monitoring. Rosterfy provides administrators with flexible, automated email summaries that includes;
Customisable frequency: Choose between daily or weekly email delivery to match your review schedule
Targeted distribution: Utilising event custom fields to automatically route emails to the appropriate administrator for each event
Comprehensive signup details: Each summary includes participant name, shift name, and direct links to the specific shifts for easy access
Most importantly, the system will loop through each event and send tailored summaries containing only relevant signups since the last delivery.
💡How this helps: This enhancement transforms shift management from a reactive, manual process into a proactive, automated system that keeps administrators informed and enables timely review of all shift registrations.
Minor Enhancements / Fixes ☑️
A number of minor enhancements / fixes have also been made to the platform and are outlined briefly below.
Hide shifts on Shift Calendar for Events Requiring Express of Interest form
Shifts for events that require an Expression of Interest (EOI) will remain hidden from users in the Shift Calendar until they submit their EOI via the Event listing. Once the EOI is submitted, the corresponding events and their shifts will become visible in the Shift Calendar, allowing users to apply for shifts.
