What's New πŸš€

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy Mobile App, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Accessibility Improvements for Shift Applications

The shift application experience has been enhanced to improve accessibility features. Pop-ups, announcements, and buttons are now clearly displayed and can be read aloud by screen readers, allowing users to navigate their shift applications more easily.

This enhancement ensures that users are informed of the actions available to them as they proceed through the application process.

It applies to all scenarios, whether applying for individual or linked shifts, and accommodates both volunteers and shift leaders, with or without a shift application.

Note: Terminology for shift/shifts within announcements will adhere to any changes within the organisation settings.

Custom Fields displayed below Event & Shift Descriptions

We have implemented enhancements to ensure consistency with the desktop volunteer portal. Custom fields will now be prominently displayed beneath both the Event and Shift descriptions, providing users with clearer information at a glance.

Note: This excludes the following field types, encrypted file, encrypted text, signature, and masked / sensitive text.

Minor Enhancements / Fixes β˜‘οΈ

A number of minor enhancements / fixes have also been made to the platform and are outlined briefly below.

Improved display of Role Offer custom fields below Role Offer description

We've improved the display of Role Offer custom fields below Role Offer description, to make it consistent with how we display the fields on the Shift and Event detail pages.

Note: This excludes field types of encrypted file, encrypted text, signature and masked / sensitive text.
