What’s New 🚀

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to enhance the Rosterfy platform, focusing on user feedback and evolving industry needs. We are excited to introduce a variety of new features designed to improve functionality, streamline processes, and enrich the overall user experience.

Allow candidates to view more information about other confirmed candidates on a shift

Within the shift information popup, candidates will be able to see other candidates who are confirmed on that shift (if they have opted in to sharing their details), plus any additional information configured via a new account setting.

  • Encrypted Fields cannot be selected

  • Custom user and shift user fields will be available to select

  • Only shift users with a confirmed status will be visible to other volunteers

  • Only shift users who have opted in to share their details will be visible

Additionally, administrators will be able to choose whether to automatically opt in their users to share their personal information with others, by default this will be set to ‘no’.

To see other candidates, the user will need to click the Information link on a shift.

💡How this helps:

Allows candidates to see important details about other candidates they are working with. For example, this feature will allow candidates to view the responsibilities or contact details of other candidates.

Allow Saved FIlters on the User Search Panel in Shift List

The filtering experience has been improved by allowing saved filters to be used in the user search panel on the shift listing view and schedule view.

If there are more than one saved filter, it will be displayed in a dropdown option, otherwise, it will be displayed as a button.

💡How this helps:

This feature helps make searching for users more efficient by having predefined, commonly used filters appear on the user search panel.

Allow Custom Fields to Display on Shift Card in Schedule View

Within the shift schedule view, custom fields can now be added to the shift card to help provide further information about the shift user.

The fields displayed can be configured within a new Organisation Setting in the Events tab - ‘Fields to display on Shift User Card in Schedule View’

When adding a user to the shift via the schedule view, administrators will see the fields selected in the account setting and have the ability to update the field with a value (i.e text)

💡How this helps:

By exposing custom fields in the shift user card, this helps highlight important information to administrators when looking at the schedule.

Ability to display Custom Fields in the upcoming shifts panel in the portal

A new account setting will be added which will allow administrators to select the custom fields they wish to display in the upcoming shifts panel in the portal.

Organisation Settings > Events > Fields to display in Upcoming Shifts panel in Portal

This will allow candidates to view more information about their shifts in their portal dashboard.

💡How this helps:

By exposing custom fields in the upcoming shifts panel, this allows candidates to see important shift information instantly when they login.

Dashboard Widget for Journey Step insights

📺 Watch Video

A new dashboard widget, named Journey Step - Insights has been added.

To add this widget, go to the Dashboard > Edit Dashboard > Add Widget

Select the Journey to display in the widget:

Once saved, return to the Dashboard.

The widget will show the number of people and the length of time spent on each Journey step.

💡How this helps:

This widget helps provide an overview of Journey step progress and identify which steps take the longest time to complete. A separate widget can be created for each Journey.

Remove from Role Offer automation action

A new ‘Remove from Role Offer’ Automation action has been added to Role Offer User automation tasks.

This action will completely remove a user from a Role Offer.

💡How this helps:

This automation action helps take care of manual administrative tasks, by allowing the removal of people from Roles automatically. For example, if a person rejects a role offer, they can be removed or if a person is unresponsive to a role offer, the system can automatically remove them after ‘x’ period of time.

Share certificate to Linkedin

A LinkedIn integration is now available to enable for organisations.

To enable;

  1. Go to the Integrations List,

  2. Click ‘Enable’

  3. Enter your LinkedIn Organisation ID and Organisation name

Once enabled, a ‘Share to LinkedIn’ button will appear against Certificates within the Rewards and Training sections of the portal.

Clicking the ‘Share to LinkedIn’ button will direct the user to the add licence or certification form in LinkedIn with some details pre-filled.

💡How this helps:

This feature helps to increase engagement and recognition among candidates by allowing them to share their achievements with their peers on LinkedIn.
