What is an Engaged Candidate?
An Engaged Candidate is a user who has performed any of the below actions on Rosterfy after registering,
Completing Custom Forms (except Profile Form)
Starting a Training Module
Accepting a Role Offer
Applying for a Role
Redeeming a Reward
Apply or Check-In for a Shift
Completing a Background Check*
Completing a Reference Check
Signing a Contract*
Expressing interest in an event
Accessing Team Leader mode
Any time an admin performs the above actions for that user
changing Role Offer status as an example
Additional **
For Signing a contract through Adobe Sign or Docu Sign, the user us flagged an engaged once they complete the signing and the webhook returns the request to Rosterfy
For Background checks, if configured as part of user registration this will not count the user as engaged as the act of user registration does not count the user as engaged
Note:
These actions will consider a user engaged no matter the user type (ie. Parent/Child).
The candidate is determined as engaged for 12 months since their last engaging action.
An candidate who has been determined as engaged still counts as engaged if they are archived or deleted.
What is a Contact?
A Contact is a user who has not performed any actions or interacted with any of the Rosterfy modules as an Engaged Candidate. Contacts can create an account (registration), receive communications, including newsletters and login to the portal to view and update their Profile information only.
